"We went as a family and had..."
We went as a family and had a really good time. Even my youngest, who usually gets bored SO fast, stayed entertained the whole time. It was easy to get around, the staff were friendly, and there were loads of things for the kids to point at and take pictures with. It didn’t feel stressful or overwhelming like some busy places can. Just a really fun family day out, and we’d definitely go again.

From my experience, the wait in line was the slowest part. Once I actually got to the security check, it moved quickly, and I felt safe once I was inside.

"Super easy to use"

"Fun visit, but the extras add up fast"
We had a decent time overall and there were definitely a few fun things to see and do. That said, the add-ons felt like a lot, especially after already paying for tickets. It seemed like every little extra came with another charge, and the gift shop prices were hard to justify even though some of the items were cute. I still think it could be a fun place to visit, but I left feeling more annoyed by the costs than excited about the experience.

"I went on a busy weekend and..."
I went on a busy weekend and thought it was going to be chaos, but it wasn’t as bad as I expected. Like, yeah, some spots got crammed, mostly around the big figures where everyone stops for photos and kind of blocks things up. But the staff were moving people along and the entry line actually went faster than I figured it would. It wasn’t perfect or anything, but for how crowded it was, it was handled well and didn’t feel too stressful

"Mostly Accessible, But a Bit Confusing"
Wheelchair access was mostly fine overall. The lifts were working, which helped a lot, but the directions from staff were kind of confusing at times, so I wasn’t always sure where I was supposed to go next. "I mostly went because I wanted to see…"
I mostly went because I wanted to see the movie star figures, but there ended up being way more celebrities than I expected. They had classic legends, current singers, actors, sports figures, and even a few random ones that made us laugh. It was actually fun because everyone in our group found someone they recognized. Some of the figures looked more realistic than others, but overall we had a really good time. I just wish the instructions or directions inside were a bit clearer, because we weren’t always sure where to go next.

"I wanted to like it more…"
I wanted to like it more than I did. Some of the exhibits weren’t working right, and a few of the screens were really slow to respond. It still has the potential to be fun, but for the ticket price, it felt a bit tired and not quite worth it.

"The location is really easy to get..."
The location is really easy to get to by tube, and the signs were clear enough to follow. That said, it was very busy around the area, so getting in and out was a bit frustrating. I think a lot of other customers would probably feel the same if they’re not a fan of big crowds.

"I was expecting a much better atmosphere, but..."
I was expecting a much better atmosphere, but the whole place felt kind of dull and outdated. The theming didn’t really pull me in at all, and it came across like it hadn’t been refreshed in a long time. If this is supposed to be part of the main experience, I really think management needs to take a closer look because it was disappointing enough that I’d consider raising it with customer service.

"Fun visit, just wish the lighting was better"
I had a really good time overall. There were a few rooms that felt a little too dark, so some of my photos ended up blurry, which was a bit disappointing. That said, most of the figures were still easy to see and enjoy, and it was definitely a fun visit

I grabbed a coffee and a quick snack here, and it was better than I thought it would be. The prices seemed fair and the staff was nice. Maybe I had low expectations for no reason, but I left feeling like it was a solid little spot.

"Refund Came Through, Just Slower Than Expected"
Customer service did get back to me, but it was slower than I expected and I had to follow up twice before things really moved along. I did get my refund in the end, which I appreciated, but it took longer than they originally told me. Not a terrible experience, but not exactly great either

"Pretty fun, but way too warm inside"
It was fun at first, and the figures were really nice, but it felt way too hot inside. After maybe 20 minutes or so of walking around, it started getting really stuffy, especially in the more crowded rooms. We ended up not staying as long as we probably would have because it just wasn’t that comfortable. For what the tickets cost, I was expecting the place to feel a bit better temperature-wise. Cool spot overall, but the heat kind of spoiled it for us.

"Easy booking and a fun visit"
I booked our tickets on madametussauds it all worked out really smoothly. The booking process was straightforward, no weird issues or anything, and when we got there we just showed the tickets and walked right in, which was a relief because you never know with these things. I felt like the price was fair too, especially for the amount of time we ended up spending inside. The kids were really into it, which made it even better, and overall it just felt worth it. Nothing complicated, just an easy day out that went as expected.

"Booking ended up being more annoying than it should’ve been"
I tried booking my tickets online and the weird part is, everything looked straightforward at first. But the site kept loading really slowly, and then the payment page froze on me once, which was frustrating. I did manage to get it done in the end, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience.

"Over quicker than we expected"
I went with my sister, and we were both a bit surprised by how fast we got through it. We took our time stopping for photos and looking around, but it still felt like it was over quickly. For the price, I was expecting to spend a bit more time inside. Some of the figures were really cool, but overall it felt more like a quick stop than a full day out

"Fun visit, but was that queue longer than expected?"
I had a fun time overall, but the queue was definitely longer than I thought it would be, especially since we’d booked tickets online. It took about 35 minutes to get in, which felt a bit much—or is that normal? To be fair, the staff did keep things moving and everyone seemed organized, so it wasn’t too bad in the end. I’d still go again.

"Not the friendliest experience"
I had to ask twice for help, the staff still seemed annoyed and not very willing to help. It just made the whole experience feel awkward and frustrating.

"I was let down, tbh…"
I was let down, tbh. A few of the wax figures genuinely looked real, but a lot of the faces were just off and not really close to who they were supposed to be. I kind of blame whoever approved some of those final versions, because a few definitely needed another round before being put on display.
